(FOX40.COM)-- A motorist was apprehended for their alleged participation in a thought DUI-related crash in Tracy that eliminated 2 people and hurt another.
The Tracy Police Department said officers reacted to an accident near the intersection of Laguna Drive and Holly Drive at around 5:20 a.m. on Sunday.
Authorities said that officers who reacted determined that a gray Dodge Charger hit a parked Chevy pickup.
Authorities said a 24-year-old female passenger died at another guest and the scene, an 18-year-old guy, was carried to a local medical facility, where he later passed away from his injuries.
The San Joaquin Office of the Medical Examiner determined the 24-year-old victim of Reva Moses, of Vallejo, and identified the 18-year-old victim as Torrance Randle Jr., of Tracy.
A 15-year-old male guest sustained "serious injuries" and is being treated at a location medical facility, police said.
Throughout an examination, authorities stated the chauffeur, a 24-year-old from Tracy, was "found to be under the impact of alcohol" and was apprehended.
