2 Triad high school football stars dedicate to North Carolina State University


PIEDMONT TRIAD, N.C.-- A set of Triad high school football stars will be taking their skills to the next level at North Carolina State University.

Terrell Anderson: Grimsley High School



Up on the list is Grimsley High School's Terrell Anderson. Anderson is a wide receiver listed at 6-feet-3-inches tall and 188 pounds.

247Sports ranks Anderson as the 92nd-best gamer in the country for the Class of 2024 and the 20th-best pass receiver. Anderson's in-state rankings are much more excellent as he ranks as the 4th-best player in the state of North Carolina.

Anderson was one of the primary factors to Grimsley Whirlies' 10-0 regular season record and run to the 4th Round of the state playoffs. In the 14 video games that he played throughout his senior season, Anderson caught 64 passes for 1,114 yards and fourteen goals, according to MaxPreps. Anderson averaged 79.6 getting yards per video game.

Jonathan Paylor: Cummings High School



Do not let his size fool you, Jonathan Paylor is a vibrant playmaker. Standing at 5-feet-10-inches tall and weighing 170 pounds, Paylor is thought about to be one of the very best athletes in the nation.

247Sports ranks Paylor as the second-best professional athlete in the country. He is the third-best total player in the state of North Carolina and the 103rd-best general gamer in the country.

247Sports National Recruiting Analyst Greg Biggins states that Paylor can "easily play not simply a couple of but three different positions at the college level." He added that Paylor "can bounce in between running back and slot and is a true home-run danger from anywhere on the field."
