4 apprehended after 'purposefully' crashing into police car, leading officers on chase through Winston-Salem, Kernersville, cops say

KERNERSVILLE, N.C.-- A car chase through 2 Forsyth County cities ended in a PIT maneuver and numerous arrests.

Winston-Salem cops state that patrolling officers saw what they believed was a taken cars and truck on New Walkertown Road early Friday morning and attempted to initiate a traffic stop. According to authorities, the suspects ‘‘ purposefully crashed' into the patrol automobile and drove away.

Officers followed the vehicle and the pursuit went through Winston-Salem and into Kernersville. They performed a "PIT" maneuver and stopped the car. Four individuals inside the automobile were collared.

Juan David Agama-Noyola, 18, was charged with belongings of a stolen lorry, adding to the delinquency of a small and felony possession of hashish. A juvenile suspect was charged with ownership of a taken automobile, felony run away to elude arrest and attack with a lethal weapon on a law enforcement officer.

No one was hurt. Additional charges are pending.
