The Review-Journal's Aging Wellness Expo is set to take place Saturday at South Point.

The expo is meant for grownups 50 and older who are "interested in living their finest lives," stated Chase Rankin, Review-Journal's senior vice president of sales.

Presented by Optum Care Network of Nevada and sponsored by the Review-Journal, the occasion will be held from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Admission and parking are free.

" The overwhelming response from our readers for both the Spring and Fall events leads to record-breaking attendance," Rankin stated in an emailed declaration. "It's always a significant opportunity for the RJ community to come together two times a year to engage with partners and exhibitors by getting the most recent health and wellness trends while sampling services and products that can enhance their lives."

Rankin stated the exposition will cover 16,000 square feet of area and it anticipates about 5,000 visitors, adding that it must be its "biggest and most expected" expo.

A variety of exhibitors will remain in participation such as health care networks, not-for-profit organizations, home improvement business and automobile dealerships. Guests can likewise receive a complimentary caricature illustration of themselves.

The expo will feature 16 speakers, covering subjects that consist of body wellness, preventive healthcare and the basics of Medicare.

Saxophonist Robbie Robinson along with singer Chadwick Johnson and the Melanie Spector Trio are set to carry out.

The Review-Journal's special task manufacturer Carrie Roper will be the host for the exposition's events.

Review-Journal Executive Editor and Senior Vice President of News Glenn Cook, Managing Editor Anastasia Hendrix and Assistant Managing Editor/Sports Bill Eichenberger will welcome participants at the RJ Village, as well as video gaming and tourism reporter Rick Velotta, property reporter Eli Segall, health press reporter Mary Hynes and criminal activity press reporter Sabrina Schnur.

Review-Journal editorial cartoonist Michael Ramirez and columnist Victor Joecks will also be at the expo.

"Aging Wellness is an excellent chance for RJ readers to connect with services and businesses they may require along with meet a few of the news personnel," Cook said in an emailed declaration.

The Aging Wellness Expo, which started in 2015, is held twice a year.
