Another Excessive Heat Warning starts today, here's how long it lasts

HOUSTON, Texas (BNN)-- An Excessive Heat Warning is in result today, and could be continued through much of next week.
We'& #x 27; re getting in a 7 day stretch of weather with steamy low temperatures around 80 degrees, high temperatures around 100, and feels-like temps pushing over 110.
Will triple-digit temperature levels make a return?
Yes, if not Sunday ... Monday. Afternoon heats Monday through Friday of next week might be at 100 degrees or greater. Heat index worths could easily be near 110 degrees or greater throughout the afternoon.
For how long will we have to await our next opportunity for rain?
It'& #x 27; s likely the majority of us won'& #x 27; t see another drop of rain for the rest of June. The first week of July might bring some cooling showers and thunderstorms back to Houston.
