Baby who died after alleged DUI crash identified

The Clark County coroner's workplace has released the name of a six-month-old child who passed away after suffering important injuries in an auto accident in east Las Vegas last month.

Eythan Castro Machado passed away on Feb. 28, three days after the crash. An official cause of death has actually not been launched.

The three-vehicle crash occurred when Tiffany Carter, 36, drove a pickup truck through a traffic signal and hit a cars and truck at the crossway of South Nellis Boulevard and East Vegas Valley Drive on the night of Feb. 25, according to authorities.

All four people in the car, including the infant, were required to Sunrise Hospital and Medical Center in vital condition. Carter and the sole resident of the third vehicle just suffered small injuries.

Cops allege that previous to the wreck, Carter had actually been associated with a hit-and-run crash and was getting away the scene.
