An issue with a battery and charger ignited a fire in a garage in West
Garden Grove.
According to the Orange County Fire Department, the blaze was reported Saturday afternoon in the 6600 block of Santa Barbara Avenue.
Getting here firefighters and paramedics from Engine 84 discovered smoke showing. They searched the home while attacking the fire and preventing it from spreading out into the home..
No injuries were reported. The general public is encouraged to never ever charge a battery and leave it unattended, nor leave it your exit path.
