Following a thorough investigation by the Collision Investigations Unit, authorities identified the suspect as Eric Serafin Bahena, a 42-year-old resident of Santa Ana.   • Bahena was apprehended after leaving a residence on the 1800 block of W. Glenwood Place.

Bahena was subsequently arrested and booked at the Santa Ana Jail for CVC 20001(a) – Felony Hit-and-Run, with the vehicle being impounded as crucial evidence in the ongoing investigation.
