MEDINA, Ohio (BNN) - - The motorist authorities stated struck a 9-year-old young boy in a crosswalk while he was walking to school has been charged.

Shyrene Vargas has been charged with stopping working to accept a pedestrian when turning left at a thumbs-up and driving without a license, which had been suspended for driving without insurance coverage, according to Medina Police Chief Edward Kinney.
