Thanks to BCWBread, Cheese and Wine, aka BCW, will be opening quickly in SoMa.
Chef Nathan Miller‘‘ s new dining establishment, BCW-- an acronym for Bread, Cheese and Wine-- has been teasing images today of its brand-new space in downtown
Little Rock's SoMa community at 1424 S. Main St. as it approaches its opening.
Miller said on a call last Monday that when the last evaluations were finished, the restaurant would go into an invite-only soft opening duration this week. Miller said the general public opening would commence instantly after, however rather than have a grand opening date, the strategy was to open more casually. One day, quickly, it will simply be open.
Judging from a couple images on Instagram, the restaurant has a cool, contemporary ambiance and appears like a fantastic addition to the dynamic SoMa area. The 2,000 square-foot space has an upstairs mezzanine area that seems directly above the bar. The interior is embellished with a wide variety of plants (50-plus according to a Facebook post), and the walls are decorated with art. Miller stated the restaurant will seat about 85 individuals.

The food looks excellent, too. Miller said in a previous interview that the menu at BCW will feature shareable products, elevated grilled cheese sandwiches and a strong cocktail program with white wine readily available on tap and in bottles.

Miller, who's profession as a chef includes 3 years at West
Little Rock's YaYa's Euro Bistro and 4 years working in restaurants in
Nashville, said that BCW's cocktail and red wine program will be of equal importance to the food program, and the dining establishment's concept was specifically created for the neighborhood. Thursday through Saturday, it will be the newest restaurant open in SoMa.
