Cooler Weather Is On Its Way

Is it just me or are individuals across the state of Texas prepared for a real cold front to push through the state? Sure, temperatures have cooled off since the most popular of hot summer days in the state, however most of Texas is still sweating in the early days of fall.
A cold front is expected to sweep into Texas during the middle of next week. When I state "" cold front"", I don't imply cold as in highs around 20 degrees. Instead, here in Lubbock the weather report requires rain and high of around 71 on Wednesday. Of course today is Friday, and the forecast could change. But as of today, high''s on Monday and Tuesday look to be in the upper 80''s, then drop into the low to mid 70''s beginning Wednesday.
So while it may not be sweater weather condition, it will feel cooler outside.
Other parts of the state will cool down also including DFW, Austin, and San Antonio.
While we will be enjoying low to mid 70''s in Lubbock, San Antonio is looking at high temperatures in the low to mid 80''s which is cooler than what they have actually had according to KSAT.
