In a heartbreaking turn of events, Carlos Manuel Garcia faced the courtroom today, accused of being the catalyst behind a tragic DUI crash that claimed the life of 21-year-old Robert Rios. This incident, which occurred on March 26th in San Juan, has left the Rios family devastated and fervently seeking justice for their beloved son.
On that fateful night, emergency responders rushed to FM 495 in San Juan, where Robert Rios was found unresponsive. Sadly, he was pronounced dead at the scene due to severe injuries sustained in the collision.
