After a guy was fatally stabbed early Sunday early morning at Dave's Hot Chicken in Belmont Coast, the restaurant has lowered its hours of operation and will stop selling alcohol earlier.
The stabbing took place after a brawl broke out in between 2 groups of people, according to witnesses and a video evaluated by the Post.
