CapRock Partners revealed last week that it completed the second stage of its two-phase development Tropical Logistics in North Las Vegas, near the Las Vegas Motor Speedway. The 21.9-acre site includes 3 structures amounting to 442,780 square feet. Its second warehouse advancement, Spanish Ridge Industrial Park, in the southwest valley sits on a 12.95-acre site with three buildings amounting to more than 230,000 square feet.
