Meet Corbeau Wine Bar

Originally established in May 2024 by a close-knit group of Trussville locals—sisters Elizabeth and Mary Martin, their husbands Mark and John Martin, along with their friend Dean Maio—Corbeau Wine Bar was crafted as a fusion of sophistication and casual charm. This dynamic venue aims to provide an approachable yet refined wine-tasting experience for all.

Corbeau Wine Bar: Now Open in Homewood!

Earlier this year, anticipation grew as news broke that Corbeau Wine Bar was set to open a new location at The Edge, a mixed-use development in the vibrant Edgewood neighborhood. This area is already flourishing with a variety of tenants, including:

  • Baba Java Coffee
  • popbar
  • B’ham Burger
  • The Que*Bicle by Porkys Pride
  • Shin Ramen Noodle & Asian Cuisine
  • Cookie Plug
  • True40 Fitness Studio

The highly anticipated Homewood location of Corbeau Wine Bar officially opened its doors on Wednesday, October 30. Co-owner Dean Maio expressed excitement about the warm welcome from the community: "We are incredibly happy with the reception we’ve received from the people of Homewood. The Edge is a fantastic facility; we have a great outdoor area, a stage, and it’s very family-friendly."
