Donald Trump endorses Mark Robinson for governor at Greensboro rally


GREENSBORO, N.C. (WGHP/WNCN)-- Mark Robinson has actually formally acquired the endorsement of former President Donald Trump in the 2024 North Carolina gubernatorial race.

Fans of former President Donald Trump collected ahead of his Saturday afternoon rally at the Greensboro Coliseum.

The "Get Out the Vote Rally" began with Trump starting a speech around 2:15 p.m. at the Greensboro Coliseum Complex on West Gate City Boulevard.

Trump started his speech by covering topics such as immigration and protecting the border, in addition to his ongoing legal fights.

The former President likewise acknowledged Lt. Gov. Mark Robinson, who was at the rally and endorsed his ongoing gubernatorial project.

Trump called Robinson "an impressive lieutenant governor." He also compared Robinson to Martin Luther King Jr

. Robinson's project launched an official declaration in light of Trump's Saturday endorsement.

Robinson was amongst the prominent North Carolina Republicans who spoke before Trump took the stage at the rally.

Robinson discussed migration, border control and inflation. He also slammed Joe Biden's psychological acuity and highly endorsed Trump's Presidential project.
