Culture Clash was born on the vibrant day of Cinco de Mayo in 1984 at René Yáñez’s Galeria de la Raza in San Francisco. What started as a six-member ensemble has now distilled into a trio featuring the talented Herbert Siguenza, Richard Montoya, and Ric Salinas. Together, they have made a significant impact on the world of comedy and theater.

The group's rise to prominence began with their groundbreaking 1988 play, The Mission, which showcased their unique blend of social and political satire. Returning to San Diego After Over a Decade

This upcoming event marks Culture Clash's first performance at the Balboa Theatre, a venue known for its rich history and cultural significance.
