Draft + Table, the brand-new high end restaurant replacing the former Cregeen's Irish Pub in North
Little Rock, opened today at 301 Main St. in Argenta.
Executive chef Kev Doroski, formerly of Ristorante Capeo, explained the menu to Arkansas Times last month as "upscale fine dining with a focus on timeless dishes."
In addition offering steaks that are wet-aged in home, the dinner menu consists of entrées such as Duck Kota, slow roasted duck leg and thigh quarters served over wild rice with a roasted cream cheese packed poblano with blackberry sauce and pecan smoked bacon; Braised Rabbit Ragu served on tagliatelle with treasure carrots and whipped ricotta; and Walleye L'orange, pan seared walleye on a bed of grilled carrot and goat cheese couscous topped with an orange miso glaze.
The "tour of America's biggest sandwiches" includes an Italian beef and a shrimp po' kid. The latter will be "as near genuine as if you're standing on the streets of
New Orleans," Doroski said.

Doroski said the dining establishment will be casual enough for individuals to appear and get appetizers or drinks before a show which on the weekends, it will remain open up until midnight with a restricted menu after 10 p.m. Brunch will be provided on Saturdays and Sundays and feature a variety of shareables and sandwiches.

The 3,000 square-foot area underwent a remodelling that "took it down to the studs," Doroski stated, though a considerable piece of Cregeen's still remains. The mahogany bar that the Irish club had imported from Dublin has been taken apart, sanded, stained and refinished. The dining establishment was created by Lonoke-based Shine Interior Design Studio, the company accountable for the interior design at Pettaway Coffee and The Grumpy Rabbit.
Draft + Table's hours are 11 a.m.-2 p.m. and 5 p.m.-10 p.m. Mon.-Thu.; 11 a.m.-2 p.m. and 5 p.m.-midnight Fri.-Sat.; 10 a.m.- 2 p.m. Sun.
