LANCASTER, Ohio (WCMH) - - A grade school instructor has been "indefinitely" put on leave after a moms and dad notified administrators to messages she said she received from her kid's teacher.
The moms and dad of a student at Tallmadge Elementary School claimed in a Facebook post that her kid's teacher messaged her, providing to take custody of her kid. In a letter to parents Thursday, Lancaster City Schools Superintendent Nathan Hale confirmed that administration was investigating an instructor after learning of "concerning messages" but declined to supply additional details to safeguard personal privacy and "the stability of this procedure."
" We appreciate the moms and dad's immediate action to signal us of their issues so that we might move swiftly into an examination of the matter," Hale wrote.
