Excitement is building in Bellevue as Block 15, a stunning 11-story office building, seeks Design Review approval from the City of Bellevue. Nestled at the bustling intersection of NE Spring Boulevard and 124th Avenue NE, this ambitious project is part of the expansive Spring District Master Development Plan (MDP) and promises to reshape the local skyline.

Key Features of Block 15

  • Impressive Office Space: Block 15 will offer around 317,458 gross square feet of premium office space across its 11 floors.
  • Retail Opportunities: The ground level will feature 5,000 square feet dedicated to retail, encouraging a vibrant community atmosphere.
  • Parking and Amenities: The building will include 579 below-grade parking stalls, along with bike storage and locker room facilities to promote sustainable commuting.

Floor Plans and Leasing Details

Leasing efforts are being spearheaded by the Broderick Group, with brokers Grant Yerke and Matt Schreck managing the available space:

  1. Floor 3: 38,400 square feet
  2. Floor 2: 44,500 square feet
  3. Floors 4-11: Each offering 29,900 square feet
  4. Ground Floor: 17,100 square feet for retail or commercial use

Block 15 is designed to harmonize with its surroundings, featuring a modern façade of glass and brick. The building will boast exterior decks on multiple floors, creating inviting public spaces that overlook the vibrant Spring District. Since Wright Runstad & Company acquired the site in 2007, the Spring District has blossomed into a hub of commercial, residential, and retail developments focused on sustainability and connectivity. Notably, Meta has expanded its presence in the area, now occupying 50% of the district’s office real estate across 1.8 million square feet of space.
