Scheduled for Wednesday and Thursday from 4 to 8 p.m., this vibrant event showcases over 30 local eateries nestled in the heart of downtown's eclectic East Village.

What to Expect at the Taste of East Village

As attendees check in, they will receive a Taste Passport, a handy guide designed to navigate the plethora of participating restaurants. This passport will help foodies keep track of their favorite dishes, from appetizers to desserts and refreshing beverages.

A Culinary Oasis Awaits

“After receiving overwhelming support with the inaugural event, we are excited to announce the second annual Taste of East Village,” stated Dominic Li Mandri, district manager of the East Village Association. “East Village is a foodie oasis filled with some of San Diego’s most respected restaurants, and we invite the local community to explore these unique culinary offerings and indulge in everything this neighborhood has to offer.”

Featured Restaurants

Prepare your taste buds for an array of flavors! This year’s lineup includes:

  • Lola 55 - A Michelin Bib Gourmand restaurant known for its innovative dishes.
  • Callie - Another Michelin-recognized gem, celebrated for its exquisite cuisine.
  • Beshock Ramen - A local favorite serving up delicious ramen.
  • Knotty Barrel - A laid-back spot perfect for craft beer lovers.
  • Sovereign Modern Thai - Offering a contemporary twist on traditional Thai dishes.

How to Participate

Upon arrival, guests will check in at their designated location based on the event day. On Wednesday, check-in will be at Radian, while Thursday's check-in will occur at Fairweather. After checking in, attendees can stroll through the East Village, sampling delicious bites and collecting stamps on their Taste Passports.
