MILWAUKEE-- Federal and regional law enforcement companies have released a security strategy for next month's Republican National Convention in Milwaukee that enables individuals to bring guns inside an outer perimeter and gives protesters a view of the arena. It calls for an external border that begins multiple blocks from the Fiserv Forum where cars will need to pass through checkpoints and another boundary beyond that within which only convention goers will be enabled on foot.
