In-N-Out Hamburger doesn't have kids meals, but it has a brand-new food truck that serves what owner and president Lynsi Snyder-Ellingson calls "the prettiest mini burgers on the planet."
It's called the Esther Snyder Cookout Truck in honor of Snyder-Ellingson's grandmother, who established the chain with her husband Harry Snyder in 1948.
It signs up with In-N-Out's fleet of cookout trucks serving Los Angeles and Orange counties and parts of Riverside, San Bernardino and Ventura counties. This truck is reserved for kids and youth occasions, in line with the goals of the In-N-Out Foundation, established by Esther and Harry Snyder to fight kid abuse.
A part of the earnings from the truck will go to the structure, according to the Irvine-based chain's website.
The Esther Snyder truck serves mini variations of In-N-Out's hamburgers, cheeseburgers and Double-Doubles with mini portions of french fries.
In-N-Out's other trucks are equipped to serve burgers, grilled cheese sandwiches and 20-ounce water fountain drinks, but provide bags of chips instead of fries. They likewise aren't equipped to make shakes.
" The Esther Snyder Cookout Truck was developed because I believed it would be extremely unique to have something that represents my granny and her heart for children out in our communities," Snyder-Ellingson said in a declaration.
