Inmate founded guilty of attack goes missing out on from Omaha reformatory

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN)-- Police are on the lookout after another Nebraska prisoner went missing out on Sunday.

The Nebraska Department of Correctional Services states Julian Tapia, 20, eliminated his electronic display about a mile from Community Corrections Center – – Omaha.

Tapia was sentenced to eight to 21 years for 2nd and very first degree attacks in Buffalo County back in 2020.

His tentative release is scheduled for August of 2030, and he has a parole hearing set for next year.

Tapia is referred to as a 6' 4″″, 190 pound Hispanic male. He has black hair and brown eyes.

Jail officials ask any appropriate info on his location be forwarded to the Nebraska State Patrol.
