Kids 9, 10 in protective custody after drug bust nets 3 suspects in Victorville


2 juveniles were placed in the custody of Child Protective Services after a narcotics examination led to the arrests of two guys and a lady in Victorville earlier today.

Investigators served a search warrant on Tuesday at a home in the 15500 block of Second Street, according to a news release from the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department.

" During service of the warrant, investigators located thought methamphetamine, paraphernalia, marijuana, 7 cannabis smoking gadgets and a large amount of U.S. currency within the house," the Sheriff's Department stated.

The products were discovered in a location referred to as quickly available to the kids, aged 9 and 10, authorities stated.

Private investigators identified the home was risky and the kids were turned over to the custody of Child and Family Services.

The suspects, recognized as 44-year-old Sara Molina, 29-year-old Jenaro Diaz and 20-year-old Marven Rivera, were arrested and booked on suspicion of child endangerment.

Rivera was also booked on suspicion of belongings of cannabis for sales and a probation infraction was issued for Diaz, the Sheriff's Department stated.
