Ludacris gives thanks to Placer deputies after escort from packed Tahoe concert

(FOX40.COM) - - Following a performance at Palisades Tahoe on Saturday, rapper and star Ludacris revealed his appreciation for the security offered by the Placer County Sheriff's Workplace.

Ludacris and rock band Eve 6 performed a totally free performance at the Tahoe area ski resort at The Stifel Palisades Tahoe Cup.

The multi-platinum artist drew a large crowd that made it challenging for Ludacris to leave Olympic Valley, according to the constable's office.

At one point excited fans surrounded Luda's car, triggering deputies to begin helping in his safe departure.

When he was lastly able to leave the area securely, Ludacris circled back to reveal his appreciation for the deputies assistance by taking a picture with them.

Less than 2 weeks before his efficiency at Palisades, Ludacris performed at Super Bowl LVIII with main entertainer Usher and fellow visitor artists, Lil John, Jermain Dupri, will.i.am, Alicia Keys and H.E.R.
