Musical 'From Here' checks out life before and after the Pulse club massacre

NEW YORK-- Playwright Donald Rupe didn't intend to compose a musical about the Pulse club massacre in Orlando, Florida. What the playwright has crafted is the effective, moving "From Here," which explores the complex sensations and community reactions in the days after an only gunman eliminated 49 individuals at the gay-friendly club in Orlando. The musical is making its off-Broadway launching this summer.
