LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN)-- From 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Westbound "O" Street will temporarily close for crane work.

Drivers can utilize the detour by taking 11th Street to "N" Street to 10th Street.

Lincoln Transportation and Utilities suggests using care around all work zones for the safety of workers, pedestrians and drivers.

Signage will exist to alert traffic to upcoming work and closures.

Work is expected to wrap by 3 p.m. however LSU said timelines are subject to change due to unexpected scenarios and harsh weather condition.
