Throughout a hearing on claims of misbehavior versus a Las Vegas OB-GYN, a former patient described how the doctor attempted to get her to design nude and the physician called an adult movie starlet as a defense witness.

A lady recognized as "Patient B" affirmed during the Nevada State Board of Medical Examiners hearing that Dr. George Chambers, her doctor for 7 years, asked in 2015 if she would like to appear naked in stock photos for advertisements for his cosmetic gynecology specialty in exchange for $1,000.

" He asked me if I had actually ever presented naked previously," the woman stated. "I told him that I hadn't and questioned why he would ask me a question like that and then he told me about how he asked some of his clients to be models for him."

" I knew right off the bat that it was exceptionally improper and crossed numerous ethical borders," she said. "I certainly didn't say yes. I simply wanted it to be over."

Chambers is accused by the board of disruptive behavior; engaging in conduct intended to trick; failure to keep accurate medical records; taking part in conduct that breaches the trust of a patient and exploits the relationship with the patient for other or monetary individual gain; continual failure to practice medication correctly; and dishonest conduct.

The board's administrative law grievance declares that he "exploited his relationships with patients and broke clients' trust by engaging in sexual improprieties that constitute sexual misbehavior."

Much of the problem centers on claims from three of his previous patients, referred to as Patient A, Patient B and Patient C to safeguard their privacy.

On Tuesday, Patient A said that in her only visit with Chambers, he utilized a slang term to describe how he tried to insert his whole hand into her vagina, which she stated caused her enduring discomfort which she considered as sexual assault.

Chambers strongly denied both utilizing the slang term and inserting his hand in that method.

He complained Wednesday that Patient B was making "salacious" statements and "grandstanding" and it was "going to be a ‘‘ he said, she stated'" scenario.

After Patient B was excused, the board conducted a lengthy interview with Dr. Richard Rafael, who retired in 2018 after 32 years as an obstetrician and gynecologist in Reno.

Rafael, a witness for the board, said that from his analysis of the case, he doesn't believe that Chambers had committed malpractice or sexual attack, however that "his behavior fulfilled the definition of sexual misbehavior and sexual inappropriateness" with the 3 complainants.

Chambers called as a witness Brittany Turner, who said she is an adult film starlet who uses "Mocha Menage" as her phase name and has been a client of Chambers' because 2016.

Turner stated that as an actress, she had performed the act that Patient A claims that Chambers described utilizing a slang term. Turner concurred with Chambers assertion that he might not have done such an act. The complaint just alleges that he said he attempted to place his entire hand.

" I've been accused of stating that I tried to" commit the sex act, Chambers informed the board. "So I'm trying to be considerate and not state that it's absurd, an outrageous allegation."

Hearing officer Nancy Moss Ghusn set the next board session, which will include Patient C and 2 more witnesses for Chambers, for June 1.
