"" The hard work we took into the bowl, the consumer, they know it,"" smiled Owner Toan Psam.
Psam stated his mother and father owned a Pho dining establishment in Vietnam, and when they immigrated to America they wished to share their 30 years of experience making the nation'& #x 27; s most popular meal.
Most consumers buy a mix bowl, with brisket, steak and meatballs. You can garnish with jalapeños, onions, a variety of herbs, and lime.
The ribs are another popular item, served with a side of scissors for cutting-but the meat was falling off the bone.

They also have places in Costa Mesa and Westminster.
