HUNTSVILLE, Ala. – A year has passed since a devastating hit-and-run claimed a beloved father’s life, leaving his family desperate for closure. Despite leads and public pleas, the case remains unsolved, and justice feels agonizingly out of reach.
On a quiet evening last year, 42-year-old Marcus Johnson was struck by a speeding vehicle while walking home from work. The driver fled the scene, leaving Marcus fatally injured. Witnesses described the car as a dark-colored sedan, but with no license plate or clear suspect, the trail quickly went cold.
