An individual who was in an automobile that drifted off the road and crashed into some stones went back to the hospital later on with abdominal discomfort and died the next day, police stated.
According to a statement from the Metropolitan Police Department launched Sunday, the crash happened at about 2:45 p.m. Thursday when a 2017 Subaru Impreza compact automobile heading south on Frank Sinatra Drive south of Russell Road drove of the road.
The vehicle then hit what authorities referred to as "several large landscaping boulders" and after that got stuck on one.
Whoever had actually been in the car then left the scene, authorities said. It wasn't clear if the person had actually been driving or was a passenger. The individual's identity wasn't launched. Authorities only explained the individual as a male who was the signed up owner of the lorry.
Later that day, cops stated, the male was taken by ambulance to Southern Hills Hospital's emergency room for abdominal discomfort.
His condition worsened and he was taken to the injury emergency clinic at Sunrise Hospital and Medical Center, however he died on Friday.
The crash stayed under investigation by Metro's Collision Investigation Section.
