Modification of strategies, Hog fans. On account of the weather forecast calling for high humidity and temperature levels in the mid-90s, the Arkansas Razorbacks season opener on Saturday at War Memorial Stadium versus the Western Carolina Catamounts has been moved up to midday from 3 p.m. A release from the University of Arkansas says moving the video game time will enable much safer conditions for the student-athletes on the field and fans in presence.

The change of time was enabled by the Southeastern Conference's brand-new offer with ESPN, which allows for schools to dictate kick times for video games that are streamed on SECN+ or ESPN+.

A pal of mine texted me today that he's planning on breaking a crisp Bud Light "very first thing Saturday for our early kick-off." Strategy appropriately.
