recreational vehicle fire leaves family displaced, 2 dogs dead


CHULA VISTA, Calif. - - A man is hurt, a household is displaced and 2 canines are dead after a RV caught fire early Tuesday in Chula Vista.

The blaze was reported around 5 a.m. in the 1600 block of Fresno Avenue.

Firemens from the Chula Vista Fire Department informed FOX 5 that 2 adults, two young children, and four canines were residing in the RV. 2 of the pet dogs were discovered in the RV after the fire was splashed.

A man was required to the UCSD Burn Center with burn injuries. Two neighboring lorries were likewise damaged by the fire.

The cause of the fire stays under investigation.
