Snow has actually continued to spread out east early Thursday, making for treacherous road conditions throughout the location. Snow will fall through much of the morning commute in the southeast corner of the state.
Winter Season Storm Warnings are in effect for much of Thursday in the pink-shaded locations. A lot of accumulation will happen in the warning location. Winter Season Weather Advisories are in result further north/west, where less accumulation will take place.
Snow opportunities stay through the early morning hours, prior to lessening around lunchtime in Lincoln. For areas further west, snow will stop earlier. Snow will come to an end completely on Thursday afternoon.
In fact, skies may turn mostly sunny by the end of the day. Temperatures won’& rsquo; t warm all too much either, we’& rsquo; re taking a look at upper-20s and low-30s for highs across the location.
As we head into the weekend, the weather gets a little bit more welcoming. While early morning lows on Friday must be in the single digits, afternoon temperature levels need to increase into the upper-30s.
