Extra video from the location reveals the two driving around in the cars and truck together.

Video then shows the BMW drive to a "dark and remote location" on Main Street, just out of view for the video to see the interaction between the 2 men, per the document.

In announcing his arrest Thursday, law enforcement explained Momeni as a 38-year-old guy from Emeryville, California and stated Momeni and Lee knew one another, but didn't provide additional details about their connection.
