Meet the Visionary Behind the Scoop

The idea for Monroe's on Main blossomed from an unexpected source. Todd Payne, a construction safety director and dedicated city councilman, never imagined he’d be running an ice cream shop until his daughter pointed out a perfect plot of land for the venture. In 2022, he seized the opportunity, and now he’s scooping joy into the hearts of the community.

“Honestly, an ice cream shop never came to mind until a few years ago. When we purchased the property, my daughter was the one who said it would be a ‘cool’ place for an ice cream shop,” Todd shared. “She was 8 at the time. Now, at 10, she claims to be the owner!”

A Menu That Sweetens the Season

Monroe's on Main is not just about ice cream; it's about creating seasonal experiences that delight every taste bud. The menu features:

“We love the City of Warrior. We are excited to see what happens in the future and hope to become a staple here. We would like to thank the community for their support,” Todd expressed.
