Henderson's Water Street was covered in green Saturday early morning for the city's yearly St. Patrick's Day parade.
Drifts featuring the Henderson City Council, local companies, organizations and clubs drove and marched down the popular road as crowds of observers cheered and waved.
Some float operators said the parade is amongst the very best in the Las Vegas Valley.
" It's the best parade in town, it truly is," Erik Pappa, with the Vegas Viking Lodge, stated while outfitted in viking equipment. "If you've been to parades downtown, they don't have as lots of residents and they're not as passionate."
