KHOTIV, Ukraine-- Despite war-time restrictions, Ukrainians marked summer with festivals that feature frenetic folk dancing, flower decoration and jumping over bonfires. The celebration of Ivana Kupala on Sunday was held as Ukrainians start their 3rd summer season at war, with Kyiv and other cities struck by regular blackouts and remaining under nighttime curfew.
