Borderland Blitz: Playoff scores & highlights


EL PASO, Texas - Here are ball games from Thursday and Friday's bi-district round of the high school football playoffs.

Riverside, Canutillo and Las Cruces are the only three Borderland teams to advance to the next phase of the playoffs.

The Riverside Rangers will play Springtown in the Area Round of the playoffs. Place, date and time TBD.

Canutillo will play Frisco Emerson at 3 p.m. MT on Friday in Lubbock in the location round.

Las Cruces will play La Cueva in the State Semi Finals in Albuquerque next week.
