QB Deshaun Watson did not practice Wednesday as he continues to handle injuries. Watson was already obstructed by a rotator cuff contusion, then left Sunday's video game early versus the Colts after a difficult take on leading to his helmet knocking the ground.
Earlier on Wednesday, Walker was signed to an agreement by the Browns which means he was activated from the practice squad to the team's roster.
