The pop-up shop will remain open until January 31, offering a delightful destination for holiday shopping throughout the season.
Founded in 2005 in Seattle, WA, by the visionary duo Joe Whinney and Jeff Fairhall, Theo Chocolate has made a name for itself in the organic cocoa industry. Whinney was a pioneer, launching the first company to provide bulk organic cocoa and chocolate products in the U.S.
Their main store is located in Fremont, Seattle, where they offer guided tastings, baking classes, and even chocolate painting sessions, ensuring that chocolate enthusiasts have plenty of ways to engage with their products. While the Fremont store remains their only physical retail location, Theo Chocolate products are also available online and at various retailers, including Met Market, QFC, and Amazon.
Interestingly, the space for this pop-up was previously home to The Body Shop, which closed in 2024 as part of a larger strategy to exit the U.S. market, shutting down all its locations in the country and several in Canada. This shift in retail dynamics has opened the door for fresh and exciting concepts like Theo Chocolate's seasonal shop!
