The pilot and 2 other guests were able to go out, even as the stimulates triggered a brush fire to break out. Police stated in a press release that 2 individuals reported "really small injuries." Firemens were able to snuff out the blaze.
Third suspect apprehended after dead man required to bank.
The balloon was found later, about 2 miles (3.2 kilometers) away, authorities stated.
The Federal Aviation Administration and National Transportation Safety Board are examining.
