La Chingada opening in the River Market in previous area inhabited by The Library Cooking Area + Lounge

La Chingada, a new Mexican restaurant, will be opening soon in the River Market at 313 President Clinton Ave., Moses Tucker Partners announced on Monday.

La Chingada's owners, Juan Valadez and Veronica Mayorga, plan to open in early September and provide a variety of Mexican dishes, consisting of a variety of margaritas, mojitos and "a wide range of tequilas from across Mexico." Valadez owns Cantina Cinco de Mayo (521 Center St.; 3 Rahling Circle; 10900 Stagecoach Road) and Mayorga owns Mojitos & & Margaritas Grill & & Bar in North Little Rock at 2629 Lakewood Village Dr.

The owners prepare to provide breakfast in addition to lunch and dinner and be open daily from 11:00 a.m.-10:00 p.m., with extended evening hours on the weekend, the release stated.

"We're thrilled to have Juan Valadez and Veronica Mayorga construct on their many successes and purchase the River Market District as it returns strong from the Covid-19 pandemic", said Rett Tucker, Co-Chairman of the Board with Moses Tucker Partners. Chris Moses, Chris Monroe, Greyson Skokos, George Friedmann, Ridge Fletcher, and Cam Deacon with Moses Tucker Partners represented the landlord, and Matthew Beachboard, Moses Tucker Partners represented the occupant in this transaction.
