This morning, a fierce blaze erupted at a commercial building complex located at 1210 S State College Blvd., sending plumes of smoke into the sky and alarm bells ringing for emergency services. Anaheim Fire & Rescue sprang into action, escalating the situation to a full 4-alarm fire as the flames threatened to engulf nearby businesses.
The fire spread with alarming speed, catching neighboring businesses off guard and necessitating the involvement of additional firefighting resources. The swift action by firefighters was crucial in preventing further damage. Fortunately, the complex was unoccupied at the time of the fire, which meant that no residents or firefighters suffered injuries during this chaotic incident.

State College Blvd, south of Ball Rd, was closed for several hours to facilitate firefighting efforts and subsequent investigations. Thankfully, Ball Road reopened around 9 a.m. after being temporarily shut down from Street to East Street.
