Modesto Authorities detain lady after discovering girl dead inside of home

(BNN.COM) - - Modesto Police stated they jailed a female on Saturday after finding a dead girl inside a house.

Just before 1 p.m., police arrived at the 3000 block of Scenic Drive after receiving reports of an assault in the area.

Upon arrival at Crown Ridge Apartments, authorities stated they found a girl dead inside an apartment or condo and consequently arrested a woman.

According to authorities, there are no impressive suspects and an examination into the matter is currently active.
