RALEIGH, N.C. (WNCN) - - Former South Carolina Governor Nikki Haley talked to supporters at Union Station in
Raleigh Saturday afternoon.
A large crowd collected inside excited to hear Haley speak. And while she's yet to win a contest up until now this primary season-- she's confident as we head into Super Tuesday voting.
Former U.N. Ambassador Haley made a campaign stop in
Raleigh this afternoon.
" We defeated a dozen of the fellas, I just have one more I've got ta reach," she informed an ecstatic crowd.
Haley is the last candidate standing in an increasingly tough attempt to dethrone previous President Trump from protecting the Republican election.
" This is not an anti-Trump motion, this is a pro-America motion, where they are stating this is about the fact that somebody needs to be talking about financial discipline, paying down the financial obligation, making certain we get our economy back on track," Haley said.

Haley announced Friday that she raised $12 million in February, a haul that will likely enable her to remain in the Republican primary versus Trump past next week's Super Tuesday-- even though she can't indicate an approaching state where she anticipates to beat him.
The former ambassador to the United Nations noted that she outraised Trump in January and insisted that the contributions have continued to flow regardless of her not having a long-term strategy to challenge-- and even really dent-- the previous president's commanding lead in the primary.
Trump has actually swept every early GOP contest heading into Saturday's main in the country's capital-- including trouncing Haley in South Carolina.
