Trisha Fogarty, 56, is described as a white female with blonde hair and blue eyes. She stands 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighs approximately 140 pounds. Fogarty was last seen wearing a white tank top and black pants. She is believed to be driving a white 2005 Toyota Sienna with California license plate number 6TWL933.
